Bottle. Cloudy medium yellow color with a average frothy fair lacing white head. Aroma is moderate malty and hoppy, flowers. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft to lively.

Bottled. A golden beer with a slight haze under a thin white head. The aroma is sweet with primary notes of wheat. The flavor is sweet malty with primary notes of wheat, but also a slight acidity comibined with light notes of alcohol and citrus. A decent wheat beer, but not much easter in it.

50 cL bottle. Pours unclear yellow with huge chalk white head. Aroma is fruity, wheat and slight yeasty. Taste is classical wheat and nice sweet fruity balance. Short finish.

(Bottle 50 cl) Hazy golden with a creamy, white head leaving a pretty lacework. Sweetish, malty nose - almost perfumy. Medium-bodied and extremely sweet yet with a dry finish. The mouthfeel is very smooth and soft. Quite a refined and lovely wheat beer. Not sure it’s strictly according to the Reinheitsgebot though! 060307

Bottled. Hazy yellowish colour with mediumsized creamy white head. Aroma is banana, zest, wheat, mild yeast as well as some malty and herbal notes. Flavour is being quite much the same. A rather smooth and goodbodied wheatbeer.

Sweet flavour of fruits, spices ad hops.
Tastes more like a belgian blonde or saison than a wheat beer.

Tap @ Sir Club, Odense. Pours unclear orange with a small white head. Floral, wheaty and grainy nose and flavor with only a faint hint of banana. Dry and refreshing. Medium bodied. Pleasant

Bottle, 6.0%. Weak grapefruity hop aroma. Cloudy yellow colour. Big stable plasticky white head. The flavour has some grapefruit, but is also quite sweet. Refreshing hop note, but on the sweet side. Finishes clean.

Bottle. Nice white head with good duration. Color is hazy golden. Aroma is sweet and yeasty. Taste is mild and fruity with wheat malt.

UPDATED: JUN 30, 2008 Bottle at Kolding Ølmesse. Pours a hazy, orange-yellow body with a nice off-white head. Decent aroma with citrus, banana, pale malt, a little grainyness and a faint clove scent. Fruity, weak flavor with citrus and banana, as well as a hoppy bitterness. A bit thin on the palate, and with a bitterness in the finish. Quaffable, but a bit boring, and not that well-crafted, and not much Easter-ish. Whatever that may be. Like the hoppy touch though. (080229)
