COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Very dark brown, thick and frothy grey-ish light tan head... Roasted aroma, sweet and smoky notes. Flavour has licorice notes, coffee and chocolate. Quite dry finish. Interesting.

Smell of smoked ham. Black colour, beige head. Aroma of smoke, yeast, some banana, tar and some coffee. Stout dominates, weizen comes in finish. Really nicely balanced combo, albeit twisted. This one deserves the rare 20.

Bottle, 50cl. Pours liquorice black colour with a creamy, mocca/espresso head. Burnt malty notes, smoked and crisp fills the nose. Chocolate, ashes and weak coffee as well. Taste very similar, but mild, towards weak. Roasted, burned malts, coffee, nuts, dark chocolate flavour. Mild bitterness, ends semi dry and ashy. Hint of licorice. Smooth mouth-feel, very balanced and drinkable. Soft carbonation, medium body.

Tynn konsistens, mildt bitter.

Beige head, black body. Sweet mocca choco coffee aroma, small hints of apples. Taste; dark sweet chocolate, cocoa, caramel. Finish a bit short, chocolate. Seems as a flower partly not sprung out. Very round and easy to drink. Good pal to cheese parties, or powerful dishes. [50cl br btl abv6.5%, B@Indslev Bryggeri, T@Middelfart Fyn DK]
