This is a really nice stout with light brown foam. It smells really good of coffee and hard roasted and smoked malt and slightly nougat. The coffee is the spice that keep alive the stout, and it does brilliantly by forming the light taste and never become dominant. A little dark bitter chocolate takes the aftertaste long.

Bottle @ friends/Boilermaker + chef (election). Appearance: clear dark brown with powerful soapy off-white head and lacing. aroma/taste: caramel, smoke, coffee, banana hints, straw, wheat and chocolate. palette: medium aroma, average carbonation, medium to full body, average to notable caramel sweetness, average bitterness, medium to long duration and an oily texture. Overall: nice tasteful "stouty" version of a dunkelweizen

Aroma has notes of caramel, chocolate and smoke. The colour is black with a brown head. The taste is medium sweet and dominated by dark roasted malts. Light bitterness and acid. Good balance. Medium bodied with a slick texture. Lively carbonation. Long finish. A good black weissbeer.

Im not that impressed. Compared to other products from Inslev Sort Hvede represents the least interesting beer.

Tap at Olhus Kopenhavn, Helsinki. Colour is dark brown with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Grain, coffee, chocolate, hints of smoke?, some fruits, some twisted tartness, hints of hops and burnt malts. OK this is very weird.

Tap@cph. Dark brown black. Roasted, salty licorice, blueberries on nose. And coffee-ish chocolate. Ligh bodied, bit thin in the finish. Soft sweet roasty.. Nice. Bit sweet stiuty.
