COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Bottle (33cl) from Oslo Mekaniske Verksted. Small offwhite head, black colour. Stout character dominates, but the wheat gives an interesting twist, making it a very interesting brew.

Hazy dark brown/black with a nice brown head. Roasted aroma with smoke, coffee and chocolate. Taste is sweet and roasted malty with notes of coffee, chocolate, smoke and julmust. A bit watery ashy aftertaste. Medium to lighter mouthfeel with soft carbonation and texture. The "julmust taste" was a bit off putting, but got a bit toned down towards the end.

Bottle from Systembolaget, Sweden. Thick and fluffy long lasting brown head. Inpenetrable black color. Darc malty aroma from black malts with a tuch of chocolate. Very smooth taste from dark malts and some residual sweetness combined with the wheat maltiness makes it a easy to drink stout. I have never tried such a stout and get inspired to brew one in the near future. A really nice beer for the autom eavnings when the rain is pouring and no sun in sight. This beer lightens the day up.
