UPDATED: SEP 30, 2008 Draught Fast gone yellow head; muddy brown beer with yellow highlights. Perfumed, lots of bubble gum, almonds. Bubble gum, banana in a sweetish, fruity taste. Ends very thin, despite its original fake-creamy onslaught. Not very enjoyable, IMO.

500ml bottle (SOPP2008, Helsinki)
Banana-bread aroma. Really smooth silky velvetty texture in the mouth. Lovely banana and light, but also dense, dark wheaty taste. Very solid brew but one without no particular grab-me flavours. Finish is a bit sugary, but with a nice sticky sticky hop. If they could tone down the sugar this would be a classic.

(Bottle at SOPP2008) Dark brown. Hazy. Medium-sized white head. Sweet malty nose. Full palate with little carbonation. Malts, liquorice, dried plum and bitterness in taste. Long-lasting bitter and sweet aftertaste.

Odd unclear brownish colour with an unstable tanned head. An acidic aroma containing burned coffee and malts and a flavour containing acids and alcohol as well. I’m afraid that as soon as the mental image of sewage appeared i wasn’t really able to enjoy this one.

Murky brown color, small off-white head. Wheat, chocolate and caramel in the nose. Hints of banana, grain and caramel malts in the flavor. A bit alcoholic finish. Quite balanced, no spelt found in the flavor ...

Hazy medium amber brown color with a average, frothy - creamy, good lancing, mostly diminishing, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, wheat. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. (160508)

On tap at Århus Ølfestival. A murky brown beer with a medium sized beige head leaving nice lacings. Caramel and banana in the aroma, quite malty-sweet and with some cloves. Caramel and banana flavor too, sugary-sweet with some cloves and a gentle bitterness. Full-bodied and effervescent. Long bitter finish with some white sugar. A quite nice beer that I could easily down a few of on a late summer evening. (080516)
