COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Editor’s note: Also known as "Indslev Campus" and earlier as "Indslev Enthusiator" and "Forsøgsbryg T8".

Draught at SBWF 2010 (Elixir Wine). It poured a dark hazy brown liquid with a small light brown head. It had a smell of cockies, fruit, malts, bread and popcorn. Taste of popcorn, cockies, malts and bread. Very complex and interesting beer.

Comments: I found it terrific, can that be only because I had it on TV? Complex grain profile, creamy texture, delicious hallertau.

500. Thanks, TheWolf! This is a yummy little beer. Pours nearly black with some rubied highlights. Thin gray rim. Modest lacing. Big, roasty, wheaty, bready nose. Smells like whole grain brown bread in a major way. Rich, creamy, smooth, easy-drinking body. Nut, caramel, brown bread, and a bit of cola on the mid-palate. A nice, dark, sweet, restrained harmony. Long sweet grainy finish. This is nice stuff.

(On tap) Ever so slightly hazy orangey brown with a handsome, dense, creamy head with excellent retention and leaving a pretty lacework. Quite a tart aroma - almost like a Flemish Sour really. Quite full-bodied with sweetish, malty and caramelish accents and a shipload of spices. Some bitterness in the finish. Quite lovely really. 120507

50cl bottle at home. cloudy brown with a giant thick head. caramel and roasted grains aroma. more sweet than bitter. flavor is very nice, you can sense the wheat, and at the same time it is roasted and bitter. alc very well hidden. i sampled this one at close to room temperature and it suited the beer very well. full bodied, also great mouthfeel. probably one of the best of its kind i’ve had in a long time.
