3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Was at World of Beer in Katy, TX. Pours light amber. Citrus and dank earth, grass, hay field. Not an over-the-top hop bomb by any stretch, but is a solid sessionable IPA.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Originally rated on 7/27/14. I have tried a couple of these and this rating will be based on it. Nice hoppy aromas of citrus and pine with some very slight floral notes, some caramel malt in there for good measure. In the flavor the malt becomes a bit more assertive, with a nice long, bitter pine sap finish. Overall it is a above average IPA, not a big boy, but solid.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Sampled at the source. Aroma is herbal and piney. Flavor is most likely 2 row barely and Munich malt. Good malt base with the same herbal and pine aggressive bitterness. The body is on the light side but gives it a high drinkable value.

Pour is orange with light brown. Grrat frothy clingy head. Heavy grapefruit and citrus aroma which is present in the palate. Nice and sweet low bitter. Malt and citrus balance. My favorite style of ipa.

Grassy, malt and pine as soon as I poured it into the glass. Taste is grassy with some sweet malt and a slight hoppy bitterness. Not a hop bomb but still has a lingering bitterness and pretty fresh tasting. Pretty good stuff.

Dåse: Min fantastiske kone havde dåser med hjem fra Austin. Dette var en af dem. Spids alkoholisk duft men stadig tydelig citrus. Smagen er også en anelse parfumeret alkoholisk med en tand humle igen. Lidt tynd mundfylde. Men følelsen af USA er der. Skal tilbage dertil snart.
