Pours a slightly hazy light golden color with a finger of gaseous foam. The nose is subtle with bits of doughy malt, earthy yeast and a touch of ester. The palate follows with a slightly undercarbonated body that is a bit flat but enjoyable. Nice rustic grain flavors but the yeast presence is a bit dull with a subtle peppery spice on the finish.
