Draft… Pours hazy gold with a shimmer of orange and a mid-sized, fluffy, white head. Great retention. The nose furnishes peachy hops and a light clove phenol that is not at all domineering. Medium-bodied with biting carbonation. The flavor is an intermingling of bready malts, mild honey and fuzzy fruits – apricot, plum and peach. Finishes crisp, mildly phenolic and acutely bitter. Pretty nice, really.
