Ungstrup (14758), Frederiksberg, Denmark Jun 9, 2004 Updated: Dec 29, 2005An amber or nutbrown beer with a fine yellow head. The aroma is very fruity and very hoppy with notes of strawberries. The flavor is sweet malty with a very hoppy end. A really good beer. Compared to the cask strength, this is boring. Papsoe (14642), Frederiksberg, Denmark Jan 23, 2007 (Bottle 33 cl) Pours a clear, warm amber with a creamy, off-white head leaving some lacework. Aroma is pure whisky. Medium body with lightly sweet malt and caramel. Otherwise pleasant notes of wood and whisky with a dry and alcoholic finish. 180107 omhper (12155), Stockholm, Sweden Sep 26, 2004 Bottled. Dark amber. Aroma of honey and oak. Sweet and clean with obvious cask character. Notes of vanilla and sugar. Low bitterness. Too light bodied. Lovely aroma, but a bit empty. yespr (11649), Copenhagen O, Denmark Nov 28, 2008 33 cL clear bottle. Pours almost clear and golden yellow to orange with a small yet dense and off-white head.
