COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A light and fruity beer with notes of candied apple and marzipan. The combination of biscuit malt and citrus hops tingle the palate only diminishing after the first sip to allow the signature Innis & Gunn vanilla and oak notes to shine through. Because of this combination of Scottish malted barley and mouth-watering zesty American hops, ‘Independence Day’ beer is a great partner to BBQ dishes.

pours amber with a ton of white head.no lacing.aroma of oak and toast.flavor is caramel.oak and has a malty sweetness.heavy carbonation with a medium body and a buttery mouthfeel.finish is woody and dry.leaves that same dryness in your mouth after you have had a glass of cranberry juice.this is the first innis and gunn product ive tried.solid but with the over the top oak its something i would only have one of at any given time.

12oz bottle served in the Innis and Gunn chalice. Better than the original, but not as good as others

Piwo o koniakowo brandowym aromacie. Kolor pododny do koniaku z lekkim odcieniem czerwieni. Piwo to jest wytrawne z mocna koncowka i lekkim alkoholem. Wyczuwalne smaki pochodzace z aromatu amerykanskiego chmielu. Bojna ale nie trwala piana. Szkockie ale w limitowanej przezroczystej butelce jest ogolnie bardzo dobrym piwem. Polecam delektowac sie nim nie tylko w dzien niepodleglosci.

Clear amber pour. Strong aroma of whiskey upon first opening. Hint of vanilla taste and slightly hopier tasting than most offerings from Innis and Gunn. Another hit from a great Brewery though:)

330ml bottle from Warners at the Bay Bottle Shop. Strong whiskey aroma fills the nose. Dark copper in colour with an even layer of tan foam. Big alcohol hit with a whiskey aftertaste that lingers.

Bottle. Clear bottle and bronze in appearance. Small head and slightly smoked flavour. Unusual but not that exciting.

Clear amber beer. Big fluffy cream coloured head. Smooth start to the palate but it turns crispy. Light and airy as well. Sweet vanilla oak and coconut cream. Whisper of bubblegum. Finishes crispy. Nice enough but really needs something else going on.

Bottle, somewhere in Edinburgh. Malty, grainy. Amber, head, quickly fading. Sweet, waterish, caramel, weak. Lemonade.
