Commercial description Bottled; Regular. NOTE: This is the same beer as the Rum Cask. According to Innis & Gunn "they are the same beer, the process changed slightly so we changed the name. But the recipe is the same." Rum finish is fun, vibrant and spicy. Who would have thought that rum and beer would work so well?? It’s our unique combination of specially brewed beer, rum and oak that just makes this beer sing! Colour: Deep red Palate: Soft fruits and malt balanced by a lively spiciness from the rum. Finish: Mellow and oaky with just a lingering hint of spice. The brewer markets this same or near-same product by more than one names. This can be the result of a brewer distributing this beer under different names in different countries, or the brewer simply changing the name, but not the recipe at different points in time.
