""""For 30 days this honey-hued beer sleeps in hand selected oak barrels, locked inside a bonded warehouse, gradually assimilating the subtle flavours that reside in the wood. Barrels are then emptied and maturation continues for a further 47 days in a marrying tun where these natural flavours infuse and fall into perfect balance. This 77-day process is unique and produces a delicious, refreshing beer: Aromas of vanilla and toffee, hints of citrus, with a malty, lightly oaked, palate. Deftly balanced and light in texture, soothing and warming in the finish.""""

330ml bottle into shaker. Sweet woody perfume on the nose, notes of vanilla, bourbon, toffee. Golden amber beer with thin white head. Medium carbonation. Full bodied, creamy mouthfeel. Finish is oaky, malty, more toffee and, late on, distant light fruit cordial. Great beer, really complex and moreish. I’m enjoying the oak in this more than any wine/spirit I’ve ever had. Superb.

UPDATED: FEB 25, 2016 Interesting in every way. I kind of liked it, with its twisted aroma and flavour.

Bottle. Gold with a minimal white head. Rich aromas of wood, vanilla, figs and chocolate. Unusual sweetness, vanilla, oak and a touch of chocolate. Didn't like it. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Kolor : Żółty/Złoty. W 100% klarowne.
Piana : Biała, drobno i średnio pęcherzykowata.
Goryczka umiarkowana. Słodkawo-miodowy finisz. Perfekcyjnie zbalansowane.
Wysycenie: Wysokie.
Podsumowanie:
Piwo zakupione w angielskim Tesco (£1). Piwo to jest dojrzewające w dębowych beczkach.. Ciekawe, złożone w smaku i aromacie. Dobry balans słodowej bazy z umiarkowaną goryczką. Akcenty whisky oraz dębowej beczki nadają temu trunkowi szlachetnego znaczenia.

Bouteille 330ml.

500ml can poured into a pint glass. Pours pale amber with a white fizzy head that fades quickly. Has a woody, caramel with a hint of vanilla aroma. Can taste the sweetness of the toffee and vanilla with the accent of whisky. Goes down smooth.

2016/02/09 - Pours a clear, orange-copper colour with a thin, fizzy, off white head that immediately reduces. Aroma is bread, apple, butterscotch, oak, light vanilla, caramel and hints of whisky. Taste is oak, vanilla, whisky, bread and butterscotch. Mouthfeel is light to medium with smooth carbonation and a moderately sweet, slightly metallic, drying finish. Enjoyable, but nothing extraordinary. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
