""""For 30 days this honey-hued beer sleeps in hand selected oak barrels, locked inside a bonded warehouse, gradually assimilating the subtle flavours that reside in the wood. Barrels are then emptied and maturation continues for a further 47 days in a marrying tun where these natural flavours infuse and fall into perfect balance. This 77-day process is unique and produces a delicious, refreshing beer: Aromas of vanilla and toffee, hints of citrus, with a malty, lightly oaked, palate. Deftly balanced and light in texture, soothing and warming in the finish.""""

Bottle - A rich honey color. Smells very sweet and like oak on the nose. Lots of oak taste on this beer, don’t much care for it. The oak and sweet flavor just over powers all others tastes I get from this one. I wish there was some bitterness to cut the oak taste.

33cl bottle at home. Clear orange brown with almost no head. Medium body with low carbonation. Quite sweet with some bitter tones in its finish. Caramel, oak, malts, vanilla, citrus and grass. A tasty refreshing oak aged brew.

Bottle pour of gold with a white head that lasts but a blink. The flavor is smooth vanilla caramel that lingers a tad. A tasty beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Copenhagen 1/12 2014. 33 cl bottle from Netto. Pours clear gold with white head. Aroma is of citrus and grass (very summerlike). Rather low carbonation provides soft mouthfeel. Taste is mostly malty - almost no bitterness. Slight taste of alcohol - accompagnied with notes of whiskey. A bit English but not bad.

Pours a clear dark golden color, topped with a fairly small white head. Malty aroma, notes of caramel present as well as oaky. Taste is sweet at first, caramel in there. Very mild bitterness in the finish. Nothing specvial, but still very drinkable.

Bottle from Tesco. Pours amber/gold, single finger head. Aroma of Cannabis....or at least my bottle! Malts, oak perhaps, butterscotch, caramel. Flavour of caramel, toffee, butterscotch, vanilla...nice balance, a taste I will warm to I am sure. Nice!
