""""For 30 days this honey-hued beer sleeps in hand selected oak barrels, locked inside a bonded warehouse, gradually assimilating the subtle flavours that reside in the wood. Barrels are then emptied and maturation continues for a further 47 days in a marrying tun where these natural flavours infuse and fall into perfect balance. This 77-day process is unique and produces a delicious, refreshing beer: Aromas of vanilla and toffee, hints of citrus, with a malty, lightly oaked, palate. Deftly balanced and light in texture, soothing and warming in the finish.""""

Nice looking bottle and label, seems strange to put it in clear glass bottle.I hope it is not sun-struck. Pours Amber, halcyon, and unclouded. Small ,dense ivory coloured head. The nose is both sweet and oakish, a back ground of hops and banana and citrus, sort of a weird combo but it works. Taste is agreeable and mellow, almost cream like in texture on first sip.Caramel, vanilla and yes, oak, come through strongest followed by the carbonation and a earthy bitter grass/lemon taste.the transition back to unctuous is not that smooth, but the finish is thick on the tongue and very candy like. This is a good beer, worth our time to find and try.

De un color caramelo dorado super brillante y limpio, con una escasísima corona de espuma, que termina por disiparse casi totalmente. En la primera esnifada te entra un aroma a vainilla que ríete tú de las Danets. Luego llega el olor a caramelo y roble. Mucho roble. En boca más de lo mismo: vainilla, madera, el caramelo masticable de toffee de toda la vida y al final, cuando ya casi no tiene espuma debido a su escasa carbonatación, esa sensación de no saber muy bien si estás ante una birra o un bourbon.

Pours clear golden honey coloured with white head. Well carbonated for the style. Aroma of sweet vanilla and toffee. Taste is smooth vanilla, biscuit, toffee and butter scotch. Sweet, minimal bitterness, with no noticable hop or yeast flavours. Probably the best example of oak imparted flavours in a beer i’ve tasted to date with a great degree of complexity, even if the actual base beer itself is mediocre.

Bottle. Pours medium chestnut amber with a thin thin white foam subsiding average. Scent is light scotch ale. Light smoke. Taste is vanilla, oak, resin, toasted malt, and notes of pepper. Finish is peppery and a bit unsavory whiskey ethanol. Very good.

Botella 33cl (cervezasdiferentes.es) color ambar, sabor alicorado que deja un regusto a alcohol en la boca.

Pale, cloudy, light orange pour with quick, beige foam. Malty nose with toffee and some caramel and a little vanilla. Flavors are sweet with long duration, more caramel and vanilla and some oakiness. Medium body, light fizz. A pleasantly flavorful surprise for a 6.6% beer.

Gold color with great clarity, has a unique finish of a whiskey taste. The aroma is oaky with strong vanilla. There are also subtle fruity notes. Great beer

Fruity taste with little sweetness, hints of barrels, butterscotch, vanilla and dried dates. Served at 10-12 °c as a social drink or tasty home cooking.
