Sorry not happy with this, nice clear body, good head when poured, but that's it afraid I don't like them taste or after taste.

2.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
330 ml bottle. Clear orange yellow, off-white foam vanishes. Fruity, bready malt aroma. Fruity buttery malt taste, oaky vanilla, sweet whisky, faint herbal earthy hop, soft and oily. Soft-flat carbonation, medium bodied, lightly hopped. Disappointing. NFL (Not For Lagerboys)

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
0.33l bottle. A crystal clear golden one with a small but lasting just off-white head. The nose has caramel, toffee, almond flour, fyrstekake and a little bit of zesty apple. Not all that bad actually. Lots of sweetness in the taste. A bit to sweet for my liking to be honest. Tons of buttery toffee and almonds. It has a soft oily mouthfeel and a average carbonation level. Lots of apples - the red sweet kind here. Just not my kind of flavors in this, but it’s absolutely drinkable. 18.07.2013

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle. A clear, amber beer with a dense off-white head. Malty nose with toffee and dried fruits. Lots of malts in the aroma, caramel, toffee, and general fruitiness. There’s a nice bitterness in the flavor, with toffee and roasted notes. Bitterness towards the end. Fruity finish with caramel. A decent one, but boring. 131129

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle at home. The colour is golden dark straw-yellow with a medium, off-white head. Aroma of fudge, oak, grass and vanilla. The flavour is alike but not that complex, and is dominated by sweet malt and grassy hops. Has a slick and rich mouth feel, and a medium bitterness. A decent english strong ale but not that complex as suspected, and is quite easy-drinking.

2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Bottled 10/11/13. An orange coloured beer with no head. Sweet toffee, oak and whisky. Skunky nose. Too sweet and too sickly and the whisky doesn’t work.
