A nice bright golden pour with a two finger white foamy head that disapated rather quick and left good lacing. Bread notes in the aroma with a hint of grass. A mild crisp flavor and mellow balance between initial sweetness and mild bitterness. A good warm weather beer.
2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 beerinmarch (2830) - Washington, USA - MAY 1, 2008
Pours golden with a soft white head. Bready nose, honey character, and a soft dry hopping that gives a mild grassy floral character. The malts were a bit watery on the palate, crispness was lacking, and the flavor was a bit lifeless.
