Tap at Intuition in Jax, FL. Hazy witbier SRM with a thinning white head. Decent lace. Obvious acetone character in the nose with way over the top orange peel adjunct and big herbal spices. Raw rosemary and pine needles attempt to mask overpowering nail polish remover. Taste is sharp kumquat and sour blood orange. Interesting citrus adjuncts. Just a bit over the top herbal soap bitterness. Good, non soapy palate. Unfortunately too much acetone atop heavy kumquat. Bit of airplane glue in the nose really. Whatever yeast strain being used for these "Belgian" styles is fermenting at the incorrect temperature. Way too stressed producing massive off characters.
