[Can at Mojoís in Jacksonville, FL] Nice blend of pineapple, resinous pine, and some cat pee hops, with just a hint of caramel. Almost clear copper under a thin, white, wispy cover, ring and thin lace. Flavour is quite bitter up front, with a very nice light caramel backbone that quickly enters the scene to balance the bitterness. Hops flavour is surprisingly subdued, compared to the aroma; pineapple, resinous pine, and grapefruit pithy bitterness. Medium to full body, medium carbonation.

Pint from can. Crisp deep golden with full off white head. Nose is citrus and hoppy of course. Clean, with some brighter fruit notes. Flavor is definitely hop forward, much more than their pale ale, with not nearly as much biscuit note. Bitter clean finish with a medium easier drinking body. Not bad at all

Rated from notes taken 15 Feb 2014 -- Poured from a can, drank while watching Season 2 of House of Cards. This is my favorite Florida IPA that isnít named Jai Alai.

Bottle as a great extra from CRon_T. Thanks! Pours honey colored with a fluffy white head. Smell is perfumy and fruity, floral and tea like. Mango, orange scents. Taste is moderate bitterness and fruity. Smooth body, pretty easy drinking and tasty. Full slightly rich body with normal carbonation. Lightly sweet somewhere near the finish with a good dose of bitterness as well. Bordering into DIPA territory for me and pretty tasty.

UPDATED: JUN 8, 2014 Average AIPA - sturdy and but not too far outside the lines. Enjoyable and sessionable, despite the ABV. Depends on what you call a session. Medium weight. More notes later. On tap, Proof Production, on a hot, great Saturday afternoon with LuckyDog.

Can from mini bar at Omni Hotel, Jacksonville, FL. Hazy amber body, great lacing, with a piney spruce nose. Flavor is the same with resiny bitterness on the palate, stale orange juice and a definite hop bite. More balance would make this a real gem.
