Our flagship beer is an American-style pale ale that is inspired by the hoppy pale ales of the West Coast. Features two-row malted barley, caramel malt, and wheat malt. Magnum hops for bittering and the traditional pale ale hops of Centennial and Cascade for flavoring and crisp, citrus aromas.

12 ounce can pours a light copper yellow color with a off-white head that dissipates but leave some lacing. A nice lemony citrus aroma. High-level of carbonation. Very nice flavor with a bit of bite from hop bitterness. Tastes like the I 10's little brother. Nice easy drinking beer.

can. clear copper with a small off white head. mild toasty notes and medium color caramel with floral and citrusy hop aromas. bold belgian and english crystal malts provide a flavor sweetness(and some toast) that needs a big hop addition to cut through and this beer delivers. medium full bodied...its a meaty pale ale.

The aroma is orange citrus, fruity and caramel malt. The flavor is lightly bitter, orange citrus and caramel malt. The mouthfeel is light carbonation and this beer is light-medium bodied. This beer has a nice hop flavor and is worth trying.

Not really a pale ale, kinda more like a hoppy amber, with typical Cs hop aromas and flavors that are good but not great. Certainly a fine local option though.

Poured from a can into a plastic cup to drink. The beer had an amber-copper color with an average-sized foamy white head with shorter retention, and decent cling and lacing. Its aroma featured caramel malts with bits of earth, grain, and straw notes, and a bit of citrus and sugar. The taste was somewhat sweet with lighter caramel malt tones, but also had a grainy bitter effect with light citrus. The body had low-to-average carbonation and was a bit on the thinner, watery side, with a modest mouthfeel.
