COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our flagship beer is an American-style pale ale that is inspired by the hoppy pale ales of the West Coast. Features two-row malted barley, caramel malt, and wheat malt. Magnum hops for bittering and the traditional pale ale hops of Centennial and Cascade for flavoring and crisp, citrus aromas.

Poured from a can into a plastic cup to drink. The beer had an amber-copper color with an average-sized foamy white head with shorter retention, and decent cling and lacing. Its aroma featured caramel malts with bits of earth, grain, and straw notes, and a bit of citrus and sugar. The taste was somewhat sweet with lighter caramel malt tones, but also had a grainy bitter effect with light citrus. The body had low-to-average carbonation and was a bit on the thinner, watery side, with a modest mouthfeel.

Kinda bland pale ale. Decent C hop aroma. Low carbonation. Crushable but not great.

[can at Mojo’s, Jacksonville, FL] Nice floral and citrus hops aroma with some sweet, light caramel in the background. Slightly hazy amber under a persistent, white blanket and lace. Sweet caramel flavour quickly yields to fresh, floral, grapefruit and pine hops, with the perfect amount of bitter grapefruit to balance the sweetness, ending in a surprisingly dry finish for how it starts. Medium body, medium carbonation.

It’s definitely not a bad pale for sure. Decent pour with fairly light head. Nose is almost English style, biscuited with moderate hops. Citrus and bitter up front with caramel and biscuit notes finish the flavor. Definitely a decent beer for sure

From a can. Spicy at first, but mellows nicely with a hint of grapefruit. A bit more hop flavor, which prefer-malts finish nicely too. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12 oz can from trade. Pours a translucent copper color with a smallish white head that has fair retention. The aroma is mild with sweet malts and some oranges. The taste lightly hoppy with hops that are both bitter with citrus and spicy with white pepper, all set in a biscuit malt base. The palate is medium with lively carbonation. Finishes short and dry. Overall: Nice little ale.
