COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our flagship beer is an American-style pale ale that is inspired by the hoppy pale ales of the West Coast. Features two-row malted barley, caramel malt, and wheat malt. Magnum hops for bittering and the traditional pale ale hops of Centennial and Cascade for flavoring and crisp, citrus aromas.

Can thanks to a trade. Pours a near clear earthy orange with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a combination of grass and earthy citrus with a touch of grain backing. Flavor is similar with a bit more sweet citrus up front and then notes of grass and a grain backbone.

Draft. Pours clear amber, bright ruby red with medium head that lingers and thick lacing. Smell is lemon, soap, toast, caramel. Taste is lemon, citrus, soapy, dark caramel roast. Had back to back with I-10, enjoyed this more.

12 ouncer can provided to me by West By God Virginia (aka Eric): Pours a deep golden hue with a nice lasting frothy head and very good lacework. The aroma has notes of melon, resin, slight grapefruit and pineapple, biscuity and toffee malts with a faint dash of clove. The taste is mildly fruity and bitter below the layers of pale and caramelized malts. The citri character is too short and allows for the "tea baggy" and wheat husk finish to take notice. An okay APA, almost more traditional than the two I had before it. If this was 4.5% ABV I would say it would be very sessionable minus the underwhelming aftertaste and finish.

Can. Bready caramel malt and sweet orange aroma. Hazy amber with a large off-white head. Caramel malt, citrus peel, and astringent grassy hops flavor. Light body, moderate carbonation.

12 oz. can without any date on the can. Color is a clear amber with massive over carbonation. Slow canted pour showed massive head. Nose only caramel hops. Consumed this barely chilled. Caramel malt with some weak notes of floral hops. Thin watery body. Almost no bitterness. I hope this is an old can because this is a bland beer.

Pours a medium golden orange color with a finger of white foam. The nose is a bit stale with touch of grass, citrus and a bit of cardboard. The palate is a bit more lively than the nose with a dose of citrus that livens the palate but the maltiness is a bit unbalanced and lackluster Not bad but nothing i would go out of my way to drink again.

Can. Pours a rusty orange semi clear color with a nice head. Nose is grainy with mild citrus, hops and caramel. Taste slightly bitter with well balanced malt and hops, not bursting with flavor. Finishes on the same tasting notes, drinkable, solid APA. Quaff Score 7 / 10

Pours an amber orange with a beige head and aroma hops and caramel. Taste is well balanced, hoppy, pine notes with toasted caramel, malt, and straw leading to slight bitter finish. Very drinkable, solid pale ale

12 oz. can. To oversized snifter it pours a deep reddish-orange with which a sudsy white head stood 1 finger in length. Aromas of petunias, grape seed oil, Lula avocados, white wheat flour, mustard seeds, spearmint, and daisies. Hmm, interesting. Tastes of 2-row pale, toothpaste, salted caramel, bitter hops and burnt plastic. Not terrible, but I wasn’t head-over-heels crazy for this one. I glanced at the can, and my gosh does Intuition use a lot of malts for the People’s Pint: 2-row pale, red wheat, English Crystal, & Caramunich... all of those specialty malts just for a 5.3-5.5% Pale Ale? Okay...

Draft from the taproom: Clear orange pour. Citrus malt aroma. Caramel malt, bready, pine. Long even bitter. Pretty nice. 7.2
