Cask handpull, The Swan and Rushes, Leicester, 26/01/12. Brilliant bronze with a falling white collar. Beeswax and faint strawberry aroma. Chewy, spiced sultana and bready yeast character with a smattering of something Belgian about it. Strawberry and clove. Biscuit linger. Quite seductive.

Cask, Swan & Rushes, Leicester. Golden with a thin foam. Aromas are ginger, apple juice and spices with caramel and butter. Floral with some soapiness. Flavours are sweet caramel and earthy, ripe apple with soft spices. Lemon and ginger on the finish with a dry aftertaste. Pretty good.

[Cask from Blackfriars] Aroma of caramel, ginger, toasted malt, herbaceous hops. Medium bodied, some sweet fruit, dry, floral finish.

Aroma is spicey like its hits you a mix of nutmeg and orange peel, with tioffee malts in the back ground. Taste is more malt dominated dough playing a big part, a noticeable feature of inveralmond beers, again alot of spice too. Great with Haggis!
