Tropical nose with hint of biscuit, initial impressions did not fit with IPA style, but light hops are apparent in after taste

maeib (7542) - Wootton, Northampton, Northamptonshire, ENGLAND - FEB 19, 2012
Cask conditioned handpump Malt Shovel Northampton. A golden beer with a whitish head and lacing. This is on the sweet side with yeasty notes in the aroma. There’s nothing wrong with this but it is dull and boring and lacks a hop profile or bitterness.

imdownthepub (8470) - Banbury, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND - FEB 12, 2012
Cask conditioned at Fleetwood Beer Fest ’12. Gold with white head. Dry, slightly lemony flavours from a thinnish malty body and light hop. No real depth to the flavour but it’s quite pleasant overall.
