It poured a hazy pale golden liquid with a small white foam, that left a thick even layer of lacing. Weak smell with a hint of grassy hops. Very smooth mouthfeel. Medium bitterness that lasted a long time. A classic bitter with a taste of grassy hops. Enjoyable and easy to drink.

[cask at the Stockbridge Tap, Edinburgh] Released to co-incide with Homecoming Scotland 2009, a dry and biscuity golden bitter with a generous white head. Almost oaty on the taste, the biscuity malt really comes across. Nicer the more it went down, something nutty in there as well. Really quite nice [15022009]
