500ml bottle. Notes of burnt almonds, coffee and toasted barley. Dark amber in colour with a one finger head leaving lacing on the glass. A good example of your typical esb - medium hops and medium body but this one is slightly thicker with a satisfying creamy body to it. Nothing great but fairly sessionable.

Ambra scuro con bel cappello di schiuma compatta. Al naso un po’ debole con note tostate. Meglio al palato. Dove scende veloce e il malto è bilanciato da una leggera amarezza. Carbonazione media. Soddisfacente.

Dark nutty brown appearance with some head. Tastes of caramel, sweet malt and bitter hops. Medium body, very crispy carbonation and a aftertaste of earthy bitterness. Tasty and bitter

500ml bottle from First Choice Liquor with BB of 1/16. Filtered copper coloured pour with a just off white foamy head and decent lace. Nose and taste is malt driven (caramel, bread, a hint of nuts) with an earthy dry hop finish. Palate is smooth and softly carbonated with a light-medium body and balanced flavours. Not the strongest ESB but still good. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Klart kastanjefarget med fint skum. Knekkebrød, karamell og bitter frukt i duften. Mye det samme i smaken. Munnfølelsen starter noe vannaktig før den går over i en lang, fyldig og bitter avslutning.

500ml bottle pours clear copper with decent, lasting off white head. Nose is toasted grain and roasted nuts with a bit of chocolate. Taste is malty, nutty and a bit of vanilla oak. Never gets too sweet, hops are herbal and spicey and bitter the beer beautifully. Low carbonation, medium body. Really good job for the style of beer.

Bottle Aldi - 01/-6/2015. Lovely aroma, light crystal malts, pleasant fruitiness/american hop aroma (citrus/strawberry?). Taste is light/bready malt, caramel, nutty, moderate fruit/hop, very light bitter. Light carbonation, slightly creamy yet crisp mouthfeel, very refreshing. Great beer all round

500 ml brown bottle with a BB date of June 2016. Consumed in Largoward, Fife on 2 May 2015. Nice fresh mix of hops and malts in the aroma with a solid punch of caramel. The flavor is more malty but about equally bitter and sweet. Marginal 8.
