UPDATED: JUL 3, 2005 (Bottle 50 cl) Very dark, almost mahogany with a discreet off-white head. Extremely aromatic both from the malts and the very nice aroma hops. Dry, fresh in both nose and flavour. Pronounced bitterness. An excellent ale alltogether. 240205

A whiff of Lowland malt in the nose. Almondy, toffeeish, malty flavours lead to a dry finish with bark-like notes. Best palindromic beer I’ve ever had.
