Casked. Dark golden colour, bubbly mediumsized head. Aroma of honey, fruits and malts. Flavour is sour fruits, some weak hineyish hints. Long aftertaste for a cask.

Cask@The Roebuck, Richmond, London. Golden/amber colour. Sweet maalt and light floral grassy hops in the nose. Light sweetness to begin, with some honeyed characters and some light tropical fruit, finish is lightly bitter, with some grassy hops, very nice.

Cask gravity at Kent BF 07. Gold, off white bubbly head. Rather attractive aroma. Very drinkable, excellent fruit. Good range of citrus fruits. Good condition. I liked it. Slightly flinty, but different from your usual bitter.

Dark honey golden, small off-white head. A bit yeasty, sourish nose. Yeasty, a bit sweet in the beginning then flowery hoppy. I don’t know if cask was in the top condition, but feel kind of unbalanced and diacetylic.

Bronze/amber in colour. Assertively hoppy on the nose. Hops and bitterness continue on the palate, but quite full bodied and not overaggressive. Some malt too. Very well balanced, with some complexity. Finishes clean with some hints of sweetness. Refreshing and easy-drinking. An excellent beer. Handpump, The Speaker, London SW1, April 2003
