Medium beige head. Clear amber body with light carbonation. Spicy cinnamon and lavender aroma with perfumy fruity notes. Dryish spicy lavender taste with cinnamon and cardamom notes. Mid-bodied. Slightly hot, prickling mouthfeel. Dryish dried fruit and paper aftertaste with herbal dusty lavender notes. Not bad, but a bit too spiced and artificial. (0.5l bottle, Meny Oslo City.)

Fra flaske på Cardinaltreff des-12: som en golden ale med litt krydder. Kort ettersmak. Et typisk session beer, men allikevel bedre enn standard pøseøl.

Pours a nice dark honey colour...aromas are cinnamon and clove, some sweet candy and banana aromas. Sweet flavours that go down smooth. Almost no bitterness detected. Good mouthfeel.

500ml Bottle pours a yellow-amber with a frothy head. Aroma mainly light hops some sweetness with faint spiciness. Taste a gentle hopness, milder spiciness than I might have counted on.

Aroma di malti tostati, caramello con sentori fruttati e di chiodi di garofano. Gusto dolce con sentori di cannella e chiodi di garofano. Amaro moderato. Finale secco

Copper colour with average white head. Nutmeg and other spices in the aroma but very subtle. Some spiced flavour at first but after it gets watery and unpleasant. Light sweetness and lightly bitter. Light body, oily feel, soft carbonation and a water malt flavoured finish. Did not like it.

0.5 L bottle, purchased @Lørenskog Brusshop. Body is clear deep gold, covered by a low creamy off-white head. Not mush for the nose here, a faint whiff of creamed caramel and some dusty hops. Light malt body. Fairly dry, and not very flavorfull. Lively carbonation, watered down mouthfeel. SOm bittering hopdcan be noticed in the finish. No offs, but utterly unexciting. Probably far better from a well kept cask.
