330ml bottle: BBD Mar 16. Opened and drank on 24th Oct 14. Hazy light golden body, full white crown on top. The nose had a sweet maltiness to it with a trace of floral and herbal notes. The taste was also fairly sweet, pale malt like, with a mild bitterness at the finish.

Bottle - pours pale yellow with a fizzy white head which fades to a ring and then to nothing with no lacing. Aroma of honey, caramel and sweet malts. A hint of smoke and hay. Taste of honey, lemon, grass, orange and coriander seeds. A light bitterness to finish. Quite sweet throughout. Light body, light carbonation.

Tap (Mad Murphy’s, Tallinn)
Honey grain and lemon hop aroma, but some of the lemon is a hint of sourness. Later quite husky. Very pale, but very hazy, reminds me of some wits. Taste fairly grainy, but also quite simple. Palate quite thin, carbonation quite high, even though tastewise it does full the mouth. A little bit of nuttiness to the grains. Finish has some gentle noble hops, just a bit of a peppery bite. Very serviceable unfiltered lager.

bottle at home courtesy of the brewery.
Clean sweet malt and fresh herbal nose gives way to medium bodied floral nettle bitterness well balanced by the malt with a dry snap in the finish inviting another gulp.
