Cask; Regular.
A golden copper coloured ale, which has a thick and creamy off-white head that laces your glass all the way to the bottom, leaving you wanting more. A marriage of Pilgrim, East Kent Goldings and Cascade hops presents a delicate citrus aroma and a unique spicy floral taste.

Cask at Blackfriars, Glasgow on 24th April 2010. Copper with collapsing yellow-white head. Caramel malt and slightly metallic tastes, citric kick with a bittersweet finish, rather lacking in distinctive flavour. Saved by its slightly saline mouthfeel.

I really liked this. Reminded me somewhat of Deuchars - quite light but with a slight fruitiness and pleasant bitterness. Could drink this all night.

Small white creamy head. Slightly hazy copper body. Faint floral caramel aroma with earthy notes. Dry-sweetish floral caramel and earth taste with faint vinegary wooden notes. Mild, smooth mouthfeel. Mid-to-light body. Dryish earthy straw aftertaste leaves long lasting bitterness. Quite nice. (0.25l cask, The Barony Bar, Edinburgh.)

A Mes rate: cask at Baker Street ’Sporks.
Semi hazy golden brown with a big frothy white head. Rather buttery on the nose making it difficult to assess anything that is underneath. Very fruity flavour, almost cherry with some sweetish malt in the backgound. Sadly there is more diacetyl, not a huge amount, but enough to take the edge off it. Decent bitterness in the finish brings it back on track. It’s a beer...
