Had it from a bottle. A bit too bitter for a pilsner beer and it does not have the softness of a pilsner. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

UPDATED: MAY 22, 2015 Yellow with a medium persistent white head. Aroma is strong bread and biscuit with floral and herbal notes from noble hops. Taste is also strong bread and biscuit, some caramel and cereal, light hoppy fruity and herbal notes. Medium bitterness. Light bitter aftertaste.A great example of a refreshing German Pils!

from Mondial de la Bière 2013, Mulhouse - light hazy blond beer with a moderate white foam left; nice lace; very bready aroma, crisp and light herbal; medium-bodied, some sweetness and a fair herbal bitterness; aftertaste of straw, aspartam, bread and chalk - there is something strange here

small frothy white head. fair lacing. fully diminishing. clear sparkling thin yellow body. aroma: moderate yeast, honey. if: light sweet moderate bitter. ff: light sweet heavy bitter; long duration. palate: light medium body, watery texture, medium carbonation and metallic finish. Não me lembrou muito pilsener, no entanto. Dulçor traz presença de chá mate.8 s

Hazy light golde/ yellow color with a medium white head. Aroma is herbal with some bready notes. Flavor is nice bittersweetness with some hay hop notes and a nice crisp malt balance. Clear palate, light, easy drinking. Dry and refreshing. Could do much better with a clearer appearance.
