COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Pours a pale color with a bit of white foam. Aroma is filled with lemon and herbal hops. Not super fresh hop aroma. Taste is super balanced nice malt profile followed by banana and citrus hops. Very good!

Pours a thin white head with gorgeous maracuja and apricot aromas. Clear gold colored body. Refreshing in mouth with a managed balance of yellow/orange fruits flavors, light spring hops and fresh malts. Nice and refreshing achievement. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

UPDATED: MAY 27, 2016 330ml bottle at Matt’s. Pours a hazy golden with a white head. Aroma and taste are earthy, piney bitter. Piney bitter aftertaste. Quite aggressive bitterness, slightly rough beer, but not bad though.

330mL bottle, pours a cloudy orange amber with a small white head. Aroma is full of stone fruits, resinous hops, and caramel bready malts. Flavour is along the same lines, with stone fruits, messy yeast, resinous hops and caramel bready malt. Quite messy and yeasty, with an earthy hoppy finish. A little too messy, but it’s not bad.

Bottle share at CBC Islington as ’Brasseurs du Grand Paris IPA Citra Galactique’, 6.5% Clear orange, still, big foamy dense white head, light lacing. Aroma is orange, a little musty and dirty, some dank onion notes. Body is smooth with soft carbonation. Taste is hoppy citrus fruits, some spice and onion dankness, some floral and salty stuff going on. This is a tasty, layered IPA. Better than I’d expected.
