Couleur or, mousse blanche légère.

Clear golden/orange with a small off-white head and good lacing. Aroma is of citrus, grapefruits and caramel. Taste is slightly sweet with citrus, grapefruits, caramel and moderate bitterness. Medium body. Medium/good carbonation. Slightly dry finish. Not bad at all. There’s a good amount of hops in there with a decent malt backbone. Drinkable. Maybe a tad too much caramel malt and not enough dryness.

33cl bottle, bb11/2014, from Cave à Bulles 02/2014. Canned fruit cocktail nose, pamplemousse and lemon marmelade coming in in the taste, noticeable yeastiness, some hop residu. Tastes and smells exactly like one would imagine a 2,5g/L Citra and Galaxy APA (not IPa) brewed by a mixed F/US team would taste!

Bottle sample at a tasting at Mastikim. Thanks Dagan. Slightly hazy golden. Hoppy aroma with lots of tropical fruits. Flavor has light yeasty notes, nice fruity hops and a moderate bitterness. Medium-bodied. Very nice and refreshing.

I love it hop not only the hops are listed on the label, but even their quantities. A very citric citric hop focus, with some foresty and fruity notes. Marihuana like, even. Very fresh and crisp, with a light malt base to just support this hop base. Strong bitterness too that is lemony and even briny. American-like clearly fermented. Again clearly very fresh and strongly hopped. And to be honest it really works. Not because it adds layers, but because it is so refreshing and crisp and tasty. Fairly long sharp bitter aftertaste. Delicate? No. Refined? No. Delicious? Hell yes. (33cl bottle from La Cave à Bulles)
