COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our award-winning stout is rich and malty with hints of chocolate and coffee. Itís what espresso would be if it had the gumption to be beer. Makes a great dessert...or meal.

Holy under attenuated. Super sweet. Nice hop notes after the sweetness subsides. The body is a bit weak. I can see where they are going with this. Let me know when they arrive.

UPDATED: APR 18, 2013 12 oz, thanks to Phatdog1! Deep ebony with an eighth of an inch of creamy foam. Nose is semi-sweet dark chocolate, earthy toasted nut, light espresso and dry oats. Taste is the same mix of goodness, plus some caramel, tart berries and cream, and a touch of piquant green herb. Medium body has medium carbonation, is smooth and slightly oily, but finishes dry and roasty. This is what all stouts should strive for.

Burnt grains and pine resin bitterness finish off the palate. Creamy , oily texture. Loads of roast character. Very well made beer. Extremely affordable. Delicious Stout! (3634)
