3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
UPDATED: APR 7, 2012 This one was strikingly similar to an IPA, lacked the bitterness though. This was from a bottle into a glass, which poured very nicely with a copper tone to it, nice thin head that developed into thinner lacing. The aroma was like most IPA’s, but lacked that strong bitter hop character. I’d say that what most stood out was the sweeter malts, and even some light caramel. First taste appeared to be bitter, but quickly dithered into foamy carbonation and flavors of fresh hops and zesty citrus. Surprising for an American brew, and I would recommend it highly.

4.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
On tap at Kitty’s restaurant poured into a 22oz glass.
Copper/amber color with a nice thick pillowy head. Great lacing from start to finish. Aromas of sweet malt and raw grains. Tasted similarly - sweet malt and a raw rye grain. Like an earthy homebrew. Medium bodied with a light clean slightly hoppy finish. Very good.

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
12 oz. bottle recieved from AirForceHops. Nice unfiltered hazy orange. Lots of floating sediment. Aroma of light fruit and pale malt. The flavors are bread like with some dry apricot, light bitterness, some English hops. It has a slight complexity. Well balanced. If you have a chance to get a bottle or two, pick it up.
