330 ml bottle at Wasana’s Winter Beer Tasting 2012, Idar-Oberstein, Germany. I was very surprised with this NA. One of the better ones that I have had. Pours a light brown color with an off-white head. Aroma is very barnyard and not the typical NA one. Taste is like malt and sweet tea. Nice for the style.

Mit großen Dankeschön an Bierkrug. Herber, ziemlich wässriger Beginn mit Apfelnoten. Wässrig, wenig Getreide, süffig. Erfrischend, erstaunlich gut. Weiter Apfelnoten, geringe Herbe. OK! 6/6/8/6/6/6

Pours into the glass a strong golden yellow beer, which has nearly no foam. It smells very fruity and grainy, pleasantly sweet. Starts strange, with sweet malts, fruity and slightly watery. Slightly chemical. In the middle you get used to it, and the fruity component is very pleasant. Goes to a slightly musty-malty and chemically-sweet finish! Well done for a NA!
