Mar 15, 2004 Light banana aroma. Hazy, firm white head, good lace. Light sweet, light malty, light banan, wheat, refreshing, medium body. Nothing wrong but nothing special.

Sep 29, 2002 Aroma and flavor: yeasty, milky, yoghurt. Weizenbeer from a very small farmhouse brewery that has some resemblence to a young lambic. Milky and low on carbon. Not for the average drinker, but I love it!!
