Aroma and flavor: yeasty, milky, yoghurt. Weizenbeer from a very small farmhouse brewery that has some resemblence to a young lambic. Milky and low on carbon. Not for the average drinker, but I love it!!

Light banana aroma. Hazy, firm white head, good lace. Light sweet, light malty, light banan, wheat, refreshing, medium body. Nothing wrong but nothing special.
