500 ml. botlle. Amber colour, big head, with normal retention. Smell is mostly vanilla essence, with herbs and even some barnyard in the end. Light body, with an oily texture and fizzy in tongue. Taste is sweet but earthy, vanilla does not appear that much. To be a bio, I find it a bit artificial, but it’s one you can drink any day.

Cloudy orange-amber color; huge head. The aroma is pungent, sour; the body is now thin and there is some sourness in the flavor too: unmistakeable infection, which explains the cloudy appearance too. Light fruitness, difficult to say if wanted or as a result of the infection; the final is not too bad. Probably it wasn’t too bad…
