Apr 7, 2008 (Cask at Akkurat, Stockholm, 4 April 2008) Black colour with creamy, brown head. Roasted, fruity nose with notes of coffee, blueberries and crowberries. Roasted, fruity taste with coffee, crowberries, hints of tar and a nice coffee bitterness in the finish. Very nice beer, with a dark fruity sweetness leaning in the porter direction.

Mar 27, 2008 Cask at Akkurst, Stockholm. Pours out in a black colour with a rich, creamy and dense pale brown foam. Roasted coffee, toasted malts, mild licorice and dark chocolate. Medium-bodied with creamy well-integrated flavours black coffee, roasted malts, sweet licorice and dark chocolate. Firm, yet velvety mouthfeel. Long roasted finish of coffee, dark chocolate, anise-seeds and mild smoke. Very good!

Oct 23, 2006 Updated: Mar 28, 2008Cask(?) at Söderbärke Mikroölfestival Oct. 2006. Near black, small head. Very roasty with a slight touch of apples. Light bodied with compact mouthfeel. evident notes of salt, tar and burnt malt. Long salty tarry finish. The light appliness disturbs, but thag aside it’s a fine examples on English style cask stout.5/3/7/4/12 = 3.1)
Re-rate Cask at Akkurat, Stockholm. Near black, dense creamy head. Roasty coffee aroma. Sweet, creamy and coffeeish, mildly roasty and chocolaty, Medium bodied with salty finish. Well structured and very british.
