Roasted, fruity taste with coffee, crowberries, hints of tar and a nice coffee bitterness in the finish. Pours out in a black colour with a rich, creamy and dense pale brown foam. Roasted coffee, toasted malts, mild licorice and dark chocolate. Medium-bodied with creamy well-integrated flavours black coffee, roasted malts, sweet licorice and dark chocolate. Firm, yet velvety mouthfeel. Roasted cocoa aroma, tar and chocolate. Chocolate and cocoa flavor, bitter and with some tar. Light bodied with compact mouthfeel. evident notes of salt, tar and burnt malt. Long salty tarry finish. Re-rate Cask at Akkurat, Stockholm. Near black, dense creamy head. Roasty coffee aroma. Sweet, creamy and coffeeish, mildly roasty and chocolaty, Medium bodied with salty finish. Well structured and very british.
