50cl bottle. Pours hazy golden colour with a huge good lasting off-white head. Aroma of sweet banana, some spices and yeast. Taste of banana, spices, yeast, mild sourness, good for an alcohol free.

Dumpf und starr mit etwas Hefe, leichter Fruchtigkeit und ordentlich Holz zum Schluss. Trinkbar, mehr aber auch nicht.

The beer has got a cloudy strawy colour with a steady head and thin body. Aroma of yeast and acid. Taste of acid, mould and plaster. Sweet-grainy finish.

500ml bottle (Alus Tirgus, Riga). Slightly hazy straw color. Medium plus size, thick yellowish head, stays. Plastic, pork skin, wort, sourish and something I can’t quite describe in aroma. Sourish, malty?! hop extract, tons of chalk and limestone in taste. Carbonation is higher than dropping a Mentos into a Coke bottle. Chalky malts in aftertaste refuse to leave my mouth. Nasty one.

500ml bottle (Irlbacher Bar, Riga)
Pours a nice cloudy orange with a persistent spongy head. Slightly wheaty aroma, quite pleasant, but a bit of tinned tomato too, which spoils it. Watery palate. Not so good in the taste, something messy about it. Unclean estes, but does have the wheatiness I guess. A touch yeasty. Fought to finish it, it accompanied my bratwurst OK though.

MoritzF (9423) - Ottobrunn, GERMANY - APR 30, 2012
(bottle) Cloudy, orange-golden colour with a blond and tall foamy head. Yeasty, wheaty and mildly apricot- and citrus-fruity aroma with a mouldy, slightly clovy touch. Mildly sour flavour, light bodied with a moderate carbonation. Initially fruity and wheaty taste but with notes of cardboard; mildly sour-fruity and slightly papery malty finish. 28.IV.12
