1.8 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20 Papsoe (22983) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - AUG 21, 2005
(Bottle 33 cl) Golden beer, slightly hazy without much head. Appears very strong and alcoholic and definitely unpleasant. 061004
2.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20 pivo (2540) - GERMANY - DEC 25, 2003
The fairly attractive appears gives false hope a good tasting beer. Still, I found some redeeming qualities in this brew. There was a light citrusy malt with some honey - like an unsweetened honey-lemon tea. Has a fairly clean palate too.
2.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20 YogiBeera (2436) - Hamburg, GERMANY - DEC 19, 2003
What happened? The brewer had a catheder and put by accident or on purpose the content into the beer kettel? Bubble gum like weak nose. Light yellow, fizzy carbonation. Honey citrus taste.
1.8 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 6/20 Ungstrup (23975) - Oamaru, NEW ZEALAND - AUG 20, 2003
A golden beer with a fine head. The aroma is weak but slightly sweet. The flavor is sweet malty - but very simple with no bitterness to balance the sweetness. A boring beer.
1.7 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 5/20 mwesth (279) - Skovlunde, DENMARK - APR 8, 2003
Another cheap, strong danish lager. Better than many others, but in no way a great beer.
To thin and watery, too litle hops..
1.4 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 5/20 Mads Langtved (2246) - Copenhagen K, DENMARK - APR 6, 2003
Once again piss and alhohol. It does'nt seem so ren (clean). However the relatively low alc. is too obvious.
3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 Hansen (4635) - Assentoft, DENMARK - JAN 31, 2003
Near to a traditional danish strong beer, but this is a bit better. It has more flavor and aroma of hops. Clear taste.
1.7 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20 Hildigöltur (5107) - København, DENMARK - JAN 26, 2003
Weak aroma. The flavour is not very alcoholic like many other European Strong Lagers.
