Nice subtle aroma, cascade hops with subtle Carmel malts, beautiful color, deep copper red, spicy intro, nice body and taste, soft finish...no lingering aftertaste. A very good quality product and very enjoyable.

A nice slightly hoppy lager. Everyone that has ever tasted it agrees that this beer is Iron City’s best effort. I am a home brewer and just bottled my version of this tasty craft beer. Try this beer and revisit Iron City again!

Pours a dark amber color with very little head. Sweet caramel flavor. It could use a little more carbonation. This is a very tasty beer.

Smooth and gentle malt flavor. Rich amber color and pleasant aroma. Not heavy like others in its class.

Taste is in between Yuengling Lager and Sam Adams Lager. It doesn’t have the bite of a SA, but not as mild as the Yuengling. Overall decent, I agree with Linus Stick, it is a good intro beer for pale lager drinkers. It’s always good to support local breweries’.

Bronze, clear, fizzy bone head. Good graphics. Not ambitious, but drinkable. Parched cereal aroma with some sweet malt. Just the slightest bit of roast, a little caramel, not very bitter or otherwise obviously hopped. Generally gave me the impression of a decent session brew. Clean finish. I could see going through a sixer at a tailgate party easily. New Leaf Market.

In bottles at GABF 2012. Pours a clear light amber color with a medium white head. A nice nose of caramel and dusty malts. A pretty simple dry flavor with caramel and biscuit. OK.

Tallahassee, FL - New Leaf Market - 12 oz bottle. Medium copper pour, light off-white head that dissipates quickly, Aroma has some brief caramel notes, a hint of hard candy. Flavor is slightly bland and a bit metallic. Brief wisps of caramel, some cola, not much else. Mouthfeel is slightly metallic. So-so.

Very boring amber lager. Aroma was so so. Slight hints of caramel malt with some peanut and metal. Pour was stunning. Very full deep red with a one finger off white head. Taste was not very good. Strong metallic flavor and toasted malt in the front with not much aftertaste. Very bland. Decent carbonation. Good intro beer for pale lager drinkers, but not very significant otherwise.
