From a stylish olde frothinggslish can. Yellow pour white head. Sweet corn and sugar aroma. Flavor is sweet and bland. In the up side wet cardboard associated with this style at times is minimal. Lingering sweet corn.

"From family back east after that best of the worst list came out. Pretty bad, but not the worst, macro corn and generic malty sweetness with little in the way of hops or anything else interesting. Refreshing ice cold on a hot day, but not good."

Transfer from BA review on 4-29-12-
Poured from bottle into pint glass
Appearance – Pours a medium golden color with a billowy white head. The head had a surprising amount of retention but eventually faded to give only a very light amount of lacing.
Smell – Corn and lighter caramel aromas are the heaviest (although still rather light). There is a very light metallic aroma mixed in as well.
Taste – A sweeter corn and a decent bready malt flavor meet the tongue. There is a little bit of caramel that works its way in toward the middle of the taste, hiding some of the corn. A bit of the corn works its way back in and the caramel, corn and malt take the taste to the end.
Mouthfeel – Lighter bodied with a medium level of carbonation. Very average for a lager and very fitting for the style.
Overall – Mostly an average American adjunct lager but possibly a slight bit above average as its flavors are a bit on the more potent and easy drinking side.

The pride of Pittsburgh. The best thing to come out of Pittsburgh since sliced bread. Average lager, not much taste flavor or aroma, good for steelers Sunday.

2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Pours clear gold with a short white head.
Scent is apple, grain malt.
Sweet...fruit and barley malt flavor, corn.
Nothing wrong with this at all...a plain old American Lager...not bad for what it is.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Aroma: Bread, grass, slightly nutty
Appearance: Golden with a slight head that dissipates quickly
Taste: Nit much going on, taste like a typical pilsner or lager
Palate: Smooth with a a slight bitter after taste
Overall: Taste like a typical beer. Not much going on but would prefer this over Budweiser or Coors. I’ve got to say this was batter than I expected based on other peoples ratings. Would drink it again but there is so much more out there I haven’t tried yet.

Not bad. Very much like a Yuengling Light. I like the branding. Mustache and monocle on one side of the can, and a Bowie and 3 buttons on the other. If you stack 2 cans you can make a Frothingslosh Man. Also has witty saying on cans like, "Includes free liquid inside." 3 different color cans. Considering price point ($13 for 30 cans) very good.
