UPDATED: JUN 29, 2007 What can you say, From a can. Poured gold with little head. Nose of mild hops, and flavor is mild malts. Reminds my of Bud, but slightly better. The touch of bitterness is its best feature. Good for the price.

I bought this for the cheese value alone. Plesantly suprised! It yellow with the big fizzy white head of course. Flavor is actually quite tame. Not great mind you but its a better lager than BMC. Had a very small touch of hops and no real bitterness. Go ahead and try it.

Gold, short lasting fizzy head turns into a thin layer of soapy looking bubbles, very little lacing. Sweet with a very odd aftertaste that I could only describe as "ACK!". Palate is both grainy and oily. No hop character at all.

Being from Pittsburgh, this beer scores higher for that reason. I can’t be un-bias when I say this is the best pale lager around (not that that says alot). This is a blue collar beer that tastes great in quantity while saying "yinz" and "dahntahn".

Malt aroma, a little sweet, some apple and butter notes.Golden color, almost no head. Grainy flavor with metal on the edges, rather bland. Tinny finish.

Aluminum Bottle. I had this at a friend’s super bowl party. This was the Pittsburgh beer versus the Seattle beer. Needless to say, the beer battle went the opposite direction of the football game. Pretty much same taste as all macros.

Pretty bland, and light. Pale. More beerlike than most American Standard types, but not really better than most of them. I didn’t bother to finish it either - a couple of sips told me all I needed to know, and not being at all enjoyable, I just poured itout. Strange factoid: While in Philadelphia I never saw this beer, but it is available in several places in Wichita, KS. Weird.
