At this point in my beer quest I guess I got this to get a rating. I also think that was a bad reason. This is just not good. Clear yellow fast leaving white head. Skunky scent. Fizzy corn taste. It is not drainpour but it will be my one and only.........

Aluminum bottle. Color and aroma typical of the rare American Pale Lager. Wispish white head, quickly fades to a ring. Mouthfeel is water, fizzy water. No flavor to speak of. How does one produce this effect?? To make something this damn bland requires effort.

UPDATED: JUL 30, 2008 Cool aluminum bottle. Pale honey in color w/ very little froth. Aroma of burnt corn. Tastes like sweet malted burnt corn.

40oz. Another crap beer. A little better than BMC, but what does that say. Basically it was less offensive. You can drink it, and you can finish the 40, but it’ won’t be fun.

Straight from the can. Gold pour with huge head. I smelled corn and malt. I actually tasted mild hops. Nothing really good about this.

This is a great workings man beer. This one does not have the customary aluminum, watered down taste like most all american working man’s beers. I’m drining this next time i build a deck.

pours with a nice head, a little lace, nose is sweet, beery, a hint of hop, and some corn. Flavor is about what you’d expect. Better than the average for a micro, although I’d prefer a little less sweetness and a bit more hop. The one I’m drinking now is from a 12 oz can, which I picked up at the Bodega. I think all they have is stock on hand and not much left.
