(bottle 6/15/11). Clear gold color. Medium white head, which is mostly diminishing. Moderate biscuit malt aroma and flavor. Avg duration. Dry finish. Thin texture. Moderate carbonation. Spare lacing.

Had this beer on 12/29/2005. Aroma is a light malt scent. Color is a bright gold with good carbonation and a thin head. Taste is light and smooth. Starting with a light body it goes down easy with a smooth feel. Finish is a light malt flavor backed by a faint bitterness and hop flavor. Reminds me a bit of Miller High Life. Not bad for a Pale Lager.

Well, it looks like a macro lager, poured a clear yellowish golden with a fizzy white head, light carbonation. Had a faint nose, overcooked veggies and husks are the only aromas I care to detect. Softly crisp, thin, watery light bodied mouthfeel, for me, poor drinkability, mainly because of taste. Sweet grain husky and more cooked corn, but with a little sour cooked green vegetables, taste. Pretty bland tasting with a lingering sourness. Personally, I thought this was a waste of hard earned money, even if it is cheap, a poor macro lager. This has replaced Coors as my least favorite American macro lager.

Gold on colour with medium carbonation and a fast head. Some malty aromas to this one, along with a touch of corn. Fairly malty in flavor as well, with some faint notes of caramel and earthy hops. It’s basically a half-step up from your typical North American macro, but nothing worth celebrating. Cool aluminum bottle though. Thanks to radiomgb for the interesting extra.

Clear light yellow color, heavy on the corn aroma, slight malt and adjunct initial taste which quickly becomes dull corn. The metal bottle is cool. Its nice to try beers like this once in a while to make us realize where we were before we got into fine craft brews

Metal tasting. 20 years ago this made us feel like Gennese beer was premium.

Light straw colored, head is small and bright-white. Typical pale lager aroma: straw, wet hay, grass, and grains. Very mildly bitter with more grainy/grass notes. Non-offensive and clean.
