Not interested in beating this beer up; plain and simple drink, not drastically different than Bud, Miller, or Coors.

Aluminum bottle. Almost yellow, fizzy for sure. Standard lager that has a somewhat peppery hop bite at the finish. Only Steeler fans enjoy this stuff and that I am not.

Cool 12 oz aluminum bottle that pours a clear straw golden with a decent fizzy white head that doesn’t last very long, does leaves some lacing, light grainy and flowery aromas (no skunk). Sweet bready, grassy and grainy flavors, light bodied with a thin and watery mouthfeel, finishes with some sweetness, alright for what it is.

I wanted badly to like it. I used to collect the cans when I was a kid. I even drank it in Pittsburgh to get the whole ’atmosphere’ thing going. And it is bad. Very, very bad. And I think old Milwaukee is ok so you can figure how bad I think this stuff is. I gave it one extra fraction of a point for being sort of cool.

Clear yellow gold beer with white foamy suds and lots of carbonation. Mildly sweet aroma. Sweet flavor of Halloween candy corn and a bite from the carbonation. The tiniest hop bitterness in the end. Very light body.

Bottle at Pimanti Bros. With the sandwich Pittsburgh tradition. Pours clear gold with fluffy white head. Aroma is grainy. The taste is okay. Just typical mass produced pale lager. Refreshing and did it job.

Poured from a can. Poured a clear gold color with a thin white head. Light, grainy aroma. Mild malty flavor that led to an obvious metallic taste. Hard to drink because of the metallic overtones. I like cheap beer, but didn’t like this one.
