Bottle (aluminum). Light yellow color with minimal hop taste. Flavor is suprisingly better than most mass-produced lagers, although light on the bitter side. I would drink this over Bud, Miller, and Coors on any day.

UPDATED: MAR 18, 2007 Well, you will probably notice my western PA. bias, but my friends and I just finished a quarter of Iron City and it did not dissapoint. Aroma is faint. Appearance is golden yellow with average white head. Taste is that of a decent lager..Straightfoward with a hint of sweetness. Finish is faintly bitter. Body is average.. carbonation is about right. Give Iron City a try.

Nice bottle, but otherwise very disappointing. Its yellow with a small white head. Overly carbonated. Smells sweet, mildly fruity. Tastes similar but really watery. Its thirst quenching- but then again, I’d rather just drink water!

Not a very good beer, IC Light is much better.

12 oz can from New Seasons - What else was I going to drink for the Super Bowl? The official beer of the Pittsburgh Nation, of course! Mother’s milk. Anyway, tastes better than I remembered from my days at Penn State, but not great nonetheless. It falls right in there with all of its cheap lager brethren.

I had this at PNC Park watching the Pirates play. Maybe it was that it was just at the ball game on a warm sunny afternoon, but this really hit the spot. A drinkable basic lager.

Below average. Golden colour. No special taste. Will be forgotten pretty fast.

Bottle. Tried this while visiting Pittsburgh. Pours a clear pale yellow with little head. Aroma is very mild. Taste is light malt and corn, with not much of a finish (some hops perhaps?). Taste is very macro (Bud-like).
