You don’t drink Iron City for its aroma or appearance or palate or anything like that. You drink it to get drunk while watching the Steelers, Pirates, Pens or any other Pittsburgh sports team. In that sense, it gets the job done. That’s why it gets an overall 20.

Smells like beer. Looks like beer. Tastes like beer. Burp! Tastes like beeer again. Must be beer. Add a shot of Imperial whiskey--full shot glass into full mug of beer, guzzle. You just did a boiler-maker, welcome to Pittsburgh son. Imp 'n Arn!-

I really love this beer. It has the perfect combination of hops and malt. It's a great way to end the work day. Shut up all of you!

This is probably the best ’inexpensive’ beers I have found. Iron City’s taste is excellent.....nice and smooth. It is also good to marinate steaks in (and enjoy while the grill is going!).
