1/29/11. Bottle. Plasticy bubblegum corn aroma that leads to a surprisingly fruity, almost bubblegummy flavor with touches of corn.

Bottle. Pours clear golden yellow with white head. Clean grainy aroma with some light sweetness. The flavor is relatively clean, with fresh grainy notes, a light sweetness, and very light bitterness. Not bad.
1.9 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20 thedm (4773) - Fort Wayne, USA - DEC 30, 2003
This canned brew poured a small head of fine to medium sized white colored mostly lasting bubbles that left behind a softly carbonated transparent straw yellow colored body and a fair lace. The aroma is very mild with the standard mild malt and hop notes. The mouthfeel is nominal with a crisp smooth tingly feelling from start to finish. The flavor is mildly hopped with a malt base. This brew went down rather easily and was enjoyable for what it is.

Probably one of my more expensive lager ticks, bought at the airport bar in pittsburgh international ($6) and then tipped ($2) because the bartender let me take it with me without opening it .. . 12oz can, emblazoned with the pittsburgh pirates uniform colours .. . simple gold . simple foam .. . light corn and bitter hay .. slick bitter mouthfeel .. decent for a light lager but nothing i’d ever want again... . feelin good lewis!
1.2 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 3/20 TheBeerGod (4640) - Newport News, Virginia, USA - JUN 2, 2004
Pours yellow with a small white head. Looks like every other BMC product. Nose seems bland to me. I can’t pick anything up in the aroma department. Maybe a slight hint of sweetness at the beginning of a sniff, but odorless otherwise. Taste is corn syrup and water. Watery body with some carbonation during the finish. Drinkable but nothing I’ll ever drink again.
2.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20 PorterPounder (4612) - Tallahassee, Florida, USA - JUN 3, 2004
Light yellow appearance with a barely there white head that dissipates quickly. Non-distinct lager aroma - not altogether bad. Flavor has a spicy twang to it, tastes like some ice beers. No real hop or malt presence - did not expect one. Goes down just a little bit harsh. Label looks like a Grad night logo from the ’80s. Altogether not half bad for a cheap light beer.

16 ounce can thanks to TylerPow. Pours a clear yellow with almost no head. The aroma is sweet grains and corn. A metallic flavor, cheap and sweet adjuncts- corn mostly. A somewhat dirty and unappealing flavor.

Extra points for the bitchin’ aluma-bottle. Snazzy looking and deeptively strong - you can’t crush it when it empty. I really like the aluma-bottle.
1.9 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 9/20 phaleslu (4451) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - OCT 6, 2012
Draft at Primanti Brothers in Downtown Pittsburgh, served in a big glass with a mug handle. Pours a clear pale gold with surprisingly no head and just a few bubbles. Wasn’t flat on the palate, though; showed medium carbonation to go with its light mouthfeel. Not much to the aroma or flavor, just a light pale lager with some grains, corn, straw. Light and inoffensive, seems to achieve what it sets out to do.
2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 badgerben (4253) - Blaine, Minnesota, USA - NOV 30, 2005
Light gold color with no head. Slightly corny aroma. Watery grains, but not too many offensive things. A passable Light beer.
