750 ml bottle from bev4less. Pours a murky amber color with a monster head that has good retention. The aroma is classic Belgian yeasts as you might find a strong saison or trippel, there is a bit of soap and some sweet mixed fruits as well. The taste is a Belgian style powerhouse with more Belgian esters, add in some apricots, green apples, caramel, grapefruit and rock candy. The palate is full and smooth with soft carbonation. The finish is somewhat short and disappointing with a bit of lingering soap. Overall: A nice enough Belgian ale but nothing here to make me go back for more.

Draft @ the brewery. Pours an orange color with a white head. Has a fruity malty earthy spicy weak yeasty aroma. Sweetish malty spicy yeasty flavor with weak hints of caramel. Has a sweetish malty spicy yeasty finish.

Capped 750 from Bine & Vine. Pours hazy dark amber with a slight off-white head. Aroma of Belgian fruit esters. Full bodied. Foamy carb. Flavor is earthy, spicey, hints of banana and clove (or maybe quite a bit more than hints), arguably malty. It’s dry though and it is quite substantial in flavors. The fruit flavor aspects vary through the finish. Never losing its earthy yeasty spicy characteristics.

Tap @ Iron Fist... Poured amber/orange with a thin white-ish head. Malt sugars offered a full body while the yeast esters and spicing opened it up. Good hop tones that were earthy spicy, and lime leaves opened it up to an added floralness. Balanced with lots of flavors, which could’ve resulted in some things pulling apart from each other, but I thought everything worked well together and enjoyed this beer quite a bit.

Clear golden pour with a white head. Intense peach and apricot notes. Sweet dried fruits, banana, sugar, yeast, and some apple. A bit of bread, too. The flavor is sugary and bordering on cloying. Intense dried apricot and peach notes. Some pear, apple, and banana, too. Lightly floral, some yeast, faint spices, and plenty of sugar.
